WWBA Underclass World Championship
The 8th annual World Wood Bat Association Underclass World Championships will begin Friday morning, October 9, at 9 am, with the championship game scheduled for midday Monday morning. A total of 100 teams from across the country will compete for the championship, which will be held on 21 fields across the Ft. Myers, Florida area.

18U National Champs
The Braves finished the season with a sparkling 67-8 record and sent five players to the Aflac All-American Classic in San Diego, the most Aflac All-Americans in team history. It was a talent-laden club whose players have committed to Auburn, Georgia, Florida, North Carolina, Georgia Tech, Tulane, Florida, Florida State and other top schools, making college coaches happy all over the south and southeast.

17U National Champs
The Bulldogs sent six players to the Aflac All-America Classic in San Diego this August with Tago, Tony Wolters, Austin Wilson, Stefan Sabol, Michael Lorenzen and Tyler Shreve making the trip. Eight other Bulldogs played in the Area Codes games this summer, and just about everybody on the expanded 33-man roster won an award of some kind this season. Travis Harrison was named the MVP of the WWBA 17U tournament after a tremendous display of hitting.

16U National Champs
The Canes North rode the depth of their pitching staff to the title at the WWBA 16U National Championships in July, convincing the staff at Perfect Game to name the Canes the top 16-&-under team in the country this year.

15U National Champs
The Banditos compiled a perfect 9-0 record in the WWBA National Championships in late July and won the tournament with a big comeback in the finals. Now the Banditos have been named the top 15-&-under team in the nation by Perfect Game USA.

14U National Champs
Dulins Dodgers won the WWBA 14U National Championship in June, they won the BCS 14U National Championship in July and they won the NABF World Series in Mississippi this summer. And now, on the last day of August, they’ve been named the top 14-&-under youth baseball team in the country by Perfect Game USA.

The games for Saturday October 10-11 have been cancelled due to poor field conditions and cold weather. The fall league for 2009 is concluded.

Dallas Yankees claim 16U BCS Finals!
The Dallas Yankees defeated Marucci's Elite by a score of 11-3 in 6 innings to claim the 16U BCS National Championship. The Yankees got a strong start from Billy Waltrip (2010, Ft. Gibson HS, OK) and scored 5 runs in the 4th inning on thier way to the win.

The East Cobb Astros had the bases load in the bottom of the 7th inning with one out
but were unable to get any runs home as the #12 South Florida Elite Squad defeated #2
East Cobb Astros to win the 15U BCS Finals. On there way to the championship, South
Florida defeated the #5, #4, #1, and #2 seeds.

St Louis Pirates take home 18U BCS title
The St. Louis Pirates defeated the Syracuse Sportsman Chiefs in thrilling, come from
behind fashion by a score of 9-7. The Chiefs got 5 runs in the top of the 6th inning
to break the game open. But, in the bottom half of the frame, the Pirates stormed past
with 7 runs of there own to win 9-7.
